1. Who we are

1Modulor is a product brand of Modulor Capital, a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA INA100015115). These terms govern use of the 1Modulor product. Investment advice is a separate, regulated service delivered under your IAA with Modulor Capital.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and competent to contract. NRIs must comply with their country's rules in addition to Indian regulation.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the credentials and devices used to access your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect compromise.

4. What the product does

1Modulor consolidates your household's financial data, surfaces insights, and routes advisory requests to a licensed RIA. The product is not, by itself, investment advice.

5. Investment advice

All investment advice is delivered by Modulor Capital under a separate Investment Advisory Agreement, with fees and conduct standards set out in that agreement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The product is provided as-is. Markets carry risk. Past performance does not predict future returns. Read every scheme document before acting.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email.

9. Governing law

Indian law, courts at Bengaluru.
